FM Merchandise Return and Refund Policy

1. General Return Policy

At FM Merchandise, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from fmmerchandise.com. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.


2. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Required

To ensure a smooth and efficient return process, all returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent to our facility without a valid RMA number may be refused or result in a significant delay in processing your refund.

To initiate a return and receive your RMA number, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team via email at support@fmmerchandise.com.

  • In your email, please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Once your return request is approved, we will issue you an RMA number and provide detailed instructions for your return shipment.


3. Items Covered/Not Covered

Covered Items: Most new, unused clothing items in their original packaging and with all tags attached are eligible for a return within 30 days from receipt of order.

Non-Covered Items: The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable.”

  • Personalized or custom-made clothing.

  • Gift cards.

  • Undergarments, swimwear, or other personal hygiene items.


4. Return Shipping

Who Covers Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect, defective, or damaged item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email.

Shipping Instructions: You must use a trackable shipping method when returning your item(s). FM Merchandise is not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days from the date we receive your return for us to process your refund. This period allows for a thorough inspection of the returned item and processing by our finance department.


7. Crediting Your Card

After the refund is processed on our end, the time it takes for the credit to appear on your account statement can vary depending on your bank or credit card company.

Expected Timeframe: It typically takes 3-7 business days for the credit to be reflected on your credit card or bank account statement.

If you have not received your refund after the specified timeframes, please first contact your bank or credit card company. If you still have not received your refund after doing so, please contact us at support@fmmerchandise.com for assistance.
